This evening we consider the resolution put forward for adoption at the Annual Meeting of NFWI which this year is Bystanders can be Lifesavers. Members will decide whether their representative at the meeting should vote for or against the proposal. A decision will also be taken on whether or not to allow her to vote differently on the day.
