Kit de Waal: Leon and Life. Kit is an award winning novelist and short story writer and her book ‘My Name is Leon’ was recently enjoyed by the book group. Kit was brought up in Birmingham. She worked for fifteen years in criminal and family law and advised on adoption and foster care. She works tirelessly in promoting diversity and accessibility to the arts.
