We meet to continue with our Christmas Tree crafting

This evening we will be discussing a non-fiction book by Caroline Crampton called The Way to the Sea:The Forgotten Histories of the Thames Estuary. which was recommended by one of our fellow readers.

Members will gather on Monday, 18 November at 2pm at Burrows (Harper's) for new discussions and Burrows delicious coffee and cake xxx

Once again we will have a stall at the market. This is always a lovely event and an opportunity to raise much needed funds for our branch. We meet to finalise our Christmas crafting plans and ideas

Members will gather at The Bell at 6.30pm on Monday 25 November, 2024, to discuss our latest read and  receive our new book from Kay.

As in previous years, members will gather at 1pm at St. Mary's, Adderbury, to dress our tree for this year's Christmas Tree Festival and we look for help from members to support those of our Craft group members who will be available to dress our tree. It will probably be cold in the church but […]

Our annual Christmas supper together will be at the Institute this year. Payment of £25 and your choice of dishes needs to be made by the WI meeting on  7 November. This is always a lovely evening with good food and a chance to enjoy each other's company.

Our title this month is The Alchemist by Paul Coelho.

We will meet on Wednesday 8th January, kindly hosted by Wendy, to discuss the American classic, Cannery Row by John Steinbeck.
