The second meeting of this new group will be in the upper room at Harper's Coffee shop. Members who wish to take part are asked to bring a current newspaper with them. Suggestions for future discussions are very welcome.

This evening we will be considering the proposed Resolution for 2022 and deciding how we wish our representative to vote at the Annual Meeting. After this we will enjoy each other's company over refreshments and a social activity, the nature of which will be revealed at the meeting.

This month we will be discussing Notes from an Exhibition by Patrick Gale.

The book we will have read for this evening's discussion is The Garden of Evening Mists by Tan Twan Eng.

Our speaker for this evening will be Jane Robinson, the author of 'Ladies Can't climb Ladders: The Pioneering Adventures of the First Professional Women'.
