To mark the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau, the largest of the Nazi concentration camps, our speaker this evening will be Jeremy Sharpe. The title of his talk is 'It could have been me: the Holocaust through the life of a victim and his family'.

The newly established mahjong group, which is open to members of the community, now numbers some sixteen enthusiastic beginners. If you are interested in finding out more just come along to the library and join us or contact our co-ordinator, Maureen B. Each session costs £2 which pays for the use of the room.

This evening we will be sharing our thoughts on the novel by Michico Aoyama: What You Are Looking for is in the Library. This is translated from Japanese. The venue is yet to be decided.

Do come and join at The Burrow to enjoy time together sharing our thoughts about issues of interest to those present while enjoying a cup of tea or coffee and perhaps a slice of cake. Our next group meeting will be  in May
