OXWI have very kindly posted our A Clean for Adderbury photo and one for Walton Manor WI on their Clean for the Queen efforts, this morning, which is very exciting and I’m so pleased that all of our efforts for this great cause have been highlighted in this way.

Our Clean for Adderbury morning went so well and making it a social event with coffee and biscuits and lunch at the Coach and Horses PH worked brilliantly. Our thanks to Tony of the Coach and Horses PH, to Cherwell District Council for their loan of hi-viz jackets and pickers plus bags and gloves and to OFWI Campaigns Advisor Jane Finnerty and Secretary Sara Buck and OxClean Team Leader Rosanne Bostock for all their helpful support…..also great thanks to my fellow Adderbury & District WI members for their hard work cheerfully undertaken.

Dear Ladies, here’s a few photos of our – A Clean for Adderbury – on Sat. 5th March – we had a splendid morning’s event with 15 bags of litter picked up, leaf mould removed and 4 items of unknown identity, weight and material to be removed and dealt with by Cherwell DC to whom we extend our thanks for their loan of essential pick-up tools xxx
