Members had agreed that this year’s Christmas supper would be at the Institute and that the meal would be provided by outside caterers.A small group arranged the whole evening which was a very enjoyable and relaxed occasion with crackers and flowers on each table of six. The food was delicious, the portions generous and the service very efficient. We had the traditional raffle and teased our memories with two quizzes. Conversation flowed as we enjoyed each other’s company. The arrangers were thanked for all they had done to make the evening such a success. After all the challenges of 2021 it was a lovely way to end the year and look forward in hope to 2022.
