Joe Cummings, one of the three core team members of Voices Across Time, will tell us the story of the Oxfordshire based theatre group, which was founded in 2016. Their original shows combine music and history and several have been performed In Adderbury. Since 2028 VAT have also run a community outreach programme.

On a seasonal theme, this evening Juliet Corston will demonstrate flower arranging with pumpkins. If you would like to buy a pumpkin to make your own arrangement there will be a sign up sheet at the August and September meetings. The cost per pumpkin is £7.50, payable in advance, preferably at the August meeting.

Our speaker this evening will be Cath Marriott, Head of Partnership and Community Safety at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Thames Valley. These partnerships bring together local organisations with the shared goal or reducing crime and the fear of crime, anti-social behaviour, alcohol and drug misuse and reducing re-offending.

This evening one of our members, Jo Dyson, will speak about the work of FareShare, a national charity that aims to tackle hunger and food waste by redistributing surplus food from supermarkets to local charities.

Our speaker for this evening will be Jane Robinson, the author of 'Ladies Can't climb Ladders: The Pioneering Adventures of the First Professional Women'.

This evening we will be considering the proposed Resolution for 2022 and deciding how we wish our representative to vote at the Annual Meeting. After this we will enjoy each other's company over refreshments and a social activity, the nature of which will be revealed at the meeting.

Our speaker this month will be Emma Harner, the National Farmers' Union County Advisor for Worcestershire. Emma was due to come last September but was admitted to hospital so we are particularly glad to welcome her for this evening. She will tell us about British farming and the ongoing role of the NFU.

At our Annual Meeting this evening we will receive reports on the past year from our Secretary and our Treasurer and elect our President for the year to come.

Ellie of Ellie's Kitchen will give us a demonstration of Greek cookery.

Our speaker this evening will be Ruth Budd, who will talk about her work as a conservator of paintings.
